Physical DescriptionOpaque light blue glass applique on colorless glass vessel; mold-pressed. Applique medallion attached to side of vessel; head of Medusa, with three snakes on either side. Scar on top of head shows that medallion was applied immediately below handle, which was colorless.Provenance
