Physical DescriptionSculpture, "Entrusted Fragility". Two-part kiln-formed glass sculpture made of fused white glass powder. The powder is applied onto paper with a bonding agent, and the paper is allowed to burn off in the kiln; the gray color of the sculpture is produced by the ash from the paper as it burns away. The sculpture takes the form of two pieces of rolled paper, with one element standing up on end, and the other lying flat.
