Physical DescriptionVessel Stamps. Blue green glass, some yellow green streamers spiraling with much scale, stone, and bubbles, dull surface; trailed on and stamped. Roughly circular pad struck with five line Arabic inscription, second small pad with single word partially preserved, wall of cup with thickened rim preserved on back. Inscription: Large Stamp: "Ordered Hayyan b. Shurayh: a qist of al-'asl, full measure." Small Stamp: "Honesty to Allah(?)" [See External Object File 59.1.295-411 for Arabic inscription.]
