Physical DescriptionColorless, red, white, and blue; mosaic glass technique. Circular cane slice with central 8-pointed white starburst with blue center and red outline. Central starburst surrounded by circle of white stars, which is surrounded by seven medallions, each with central white star with red center and blue outline; each of these smaller medallions surrounded by circle of white stars. Cane slice mounted on square piece of cardstock with "80" written on reverse.Provenance
