Physical DescriptionCanes of opaque red, opaque white, opaque yellow all in a translucent deep green or yellow-green matrix, dull surface, some pitting and brown weathering crust; mosaic glass or millefiori technique. Fragments preserve various sections of rim or body of bowls and dishes. One interesting fragment with a thickened rim and wheel-cut groove on exterior preserves a deep dish or possibly a beaker with rosettes of yellow centers cased with green around which are opaque red petals cased with yellow which float in a series of round yellow canes; two other fragments preserve random red and white floral designs floating in a series of opaque yellow canes all in a green matrix; two additional fragments retain rim fragments; the remaining four are sections of curved vessel wall.Provenance
