Physical DescriptionClear glass; enameled, silver stained and cut. Cylindrical beaker with flat base; on the obverse a rampant lion holding a shield in blue with the silver stained monogram "J.S.B. (?), on the reverse a bunch of flowers predominantly in blue and silver stained with green leaves accompanied by the inscription "Monument de la Reconnoissanie. 1806", silver stained rim as well as a silver stained sun motif on the base; the cut decoration consists of a band of ovals with minute leaf sprays around the rim from which festoons with cords are suspended.Provenance
