Physical DescriptionAquamarine glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: Columbia with Liberty Cap facing left; Bust, Liberty Cap and arrangement of hair quite different from GI-117 and GI-118; thirteen larger six-pointed stars surrounding bust, ten short graduated vertical ribs at bottom flask. Reverse: American Eagle, head turned to right similar to GI-117 except thunderbolt and olive branch differing slightly; ten short graduated vertical ribs at bottom of flask. Inscription: "ASHTON" in narrow curved frame below oval panel containing bust; reverse - "HOUGH &" in narrow curved frame below panel containing eagle. Edges: single broad vertical rib.
