Physical DescriptionAquamarine glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: a large conventionalized fleur-de-lis ornament enclosed within frame formed by two heavy curved ribs scrolled at the bottom, the frame open at top and bottom. Two similar ribs follow the lines of the flask, the outer two scrolled at the shoulder; the general effect is similar to the pint and quart scroll flasks but the arrangement of the heavy scrolls quite different; at the top between the two outer scrolls a six-pointed star. Reverse: similar to obverse except star is five-pointed. Edges: heavy vertical medial rib.Provenance
