Physical DescriptionCase Bottle. Colorless, probably non-lead glass; blown by so-called German half-post method, molded for body form, enameled decoration. Tall straight-sided octagonal (square with chamfered corners) body, rounding at nearly flat shoulders, short tapering neck fitted with pewter collar and screw cap; rough pontil mark; polychrome decoration (yellow, henna, French blue, green, white and black): on wide sides; conventionalized "Sunflower" spray; on ends, stylized leaf sprays; on corners, multiple figure-eights and petals; on shoulder, trios of yellow petals on henna band.Provenance
