Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless glass but with green tinge; blown, applied. Bottle: globular. Mouth flares, with rounded lip; neck short and cylindrical; shoulder curves out and down, and merges with wall, which curves down and in; base plain; pontil mark annular (D. 1.5 cm). Applied decoration consists of single register with upper border. Border is formed by single trail wound 1¼ times around bottom of shoulder and with nine oval impressions. Register contains four very similar motifs, each comprising applied pad with edges dragged outward to make six flat projections: two at top, one on each side, and two at bottom.Provenance
