Physical DescriptionPaperweight. Colorless, opaque white, polychrome lead glass; paperweight, lampworked, overlay, engraved, cut. Domed, circular form, encasing a single white overlay with one cut circular window on top, two cut oval windows on the sides, both with narrow frame outlines, and two outlined oval panels, both with engraved silhouette depictions of animals, one a stag leaping over vegetation, the other a dog running through brush; enclosing an upright floral bouquet, with a lampworked blue flower with millefiori center on top, and red, yellow and white lampworked flowers and three millefiori flowers at the side, amid numerous green leaves; polished concave base.
