Physical DescriptionBuff to highly iridescent weathering product over entire surface obliterating original color, possibly deep blue glass, pitted, possibly completely devitrified; cast, with vertical suspension hole from hair through neck. Mask or head of the demon Humbaba, roughly triangular in shape with heavily modeled eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth, prominent raised areas on cheek may suggest a tattoo motif, cap of hair with parallel furrows combed front to back; slightly concave back strain cracked, diameter of suspension hole larger at neck than at hair.
