Interpretive NotesPrism in the Spheric Space exploits the illusionistic qualities of glass. The sculpture is formed of two half-spheres cut to accommodate a rectangular prism in the middle. The refraction causes the end of the prism to appear as if it flares out, like a comet’s tail.
