Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, pattern-molded. (a) Waisted, bell-shaped cup, pattern-molded all over in a series of diamonds (30 diamonds in a horizontal row), with two applied ribbed loop handles, the lower terminals crimped; button knop; domed and folded foot, patterned with diamond molding (16 diamonds in a horizontal row); rough pontil mark on the underside of the foot. (b) Domed cover, all-over diamond molded (16 diamonds in a horizontal row); applied ball-shaped finial, containing several air beads, on a short stem, spreading at the base; attached with two mereses; folded ledge with tapered rim; rough pontil mark.Provenance
