Physical DescriptionColorless lead (?) glass; glass cast, ground and polished before being fitted into metal frames. Lenses are all oval; (a) simple arched bridge; flat metal (probably steel) temples; (b) simple arched bridge; flat metal (probably steel) temples; (c) arched bridge with flat extension; flat temples (probably brass) which were probably quite long but are broken off; (d) W-shaped bridge; thin wire (probably gold) temples hooked at ends to fit over ears; bridge stamped "G.O.CO.".Provenance
