Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown, tooled, assembled hot, cut and polished. Vertical in three sections; tall, straight-sided cylinder with fire-polished rim has thick base with raised convex protrusion into interior; second section is a sphere with overall mica dust inclusions fitting into base of upper section, on opposite outer sides of sphere, small, round sections have been cut away and polished; sphere sits atop short, solid, truncated conical sections; base ground flat and polished; signed on base "D ][ 82 Sample Steuben".Provenance
