Physical DescriptionPale amethyst, colorless non-lead glass with aquamarine striations; mold-blown and free blown, tooled. Oval body with chicken finial on top of four crisscrossing supports above body; supports have applied rigaree decoration; body is spirally molded and has four applied vertical bands of rigaree and coin slot in top; applied hollow knop containing a coin (a U.S. half- dime of 1840); applied circular foot with rough pontil mark.
