Mostly clear or originally clear glass with bubbles; piece shows weathering or considerable decomposition of the glass and the decoration (of the gold); free blown and enameled or painted; two friezes, one with golden vegetable ornaments, the other with golden letters and red contours, with red, blue, green and yellow spots in "relief", interrupted by red disks with white horizontal bars in "relief".
