Physical DescriptionMold for 9 x 13" Pyrex Baking Pan. Stainless steel; machine-made. Stainless steel mold for 9 inch by 13 inch baking pan. The exterior side and bottom of the mold is covered with ~1.5 cm long horizontal metal protrusions. The interior of the of the mold is shiny and appears to have been recently cleaned. The interior bottom of the mold is stamped with the following: "13 . . . . / 233 MADE IN USA 18 / pyrex® / 3 QT - 2.8 L / MICROWAVE SAFE NO BROILER NO STOVE TOP".Provenance

This mold was provided by the World Kitchen plant in Charleroi, Pennsylvania for purposes of display in the "America's Favorite Dish" exhibition. The plant intended to scrap the mold upon it's return and offered for CMoG to keep it instead due to the large cost of return shipping.
