Physical DescriptionColorless glass; blown; rim ground and polished; decoration wheel-engraved. Tumbler: rim plain with flat ground and polished top; straight, tapering wall, which curves in at bottom; base plain with very low kick; pontil mark. Engraved decoration on one side of wall: stork walking to right, head lifted and beak open revealing tongue, wings outspread with long feathers which reach almost to ground; between bird's feet, small clump of vegetation; to left, above its wings, one very small cloud. Signature scratched with diamond point on underside of base, near edge: "V. LIºKOVÁ 1949".Provenance
