Physical DescriptionTurquoise Celery Vase in "Pagoda" Pattern. Opaque light blue "turquoise" glass and gold paint; pressed, painted. Opaque light blue "turquoise" glass vase with faint white striations throughout. Cylindrical waisted vase with depressed foot with six scallops, twelve molded vertical panels around body, and scalloped rim in the form of six larger scallops. Vase decorated with two raised chrysanthemum floral and leaf sprays hand-painted in gold flanked on top and bottom by six raised arches (bottom arches follow curve of foot; top arches separate twelve molded panels from band of smaller vertical facets beneath rim). Gold paint applied to depressions between smaller scallops on rim.
