Physical DescriptionPurple transparent glass; mold-blown. Fragments of flask with thin, disk-shaped body. Each flat side decorated in low relief with head of Medusa surrounded, at edge, by circle of bosses: she has pair of wings growing from forehead, prominent eyebrows, straight nose, small open mouth, and bulbous chin; hair is entwined with snakes and two snakes are knotted below chin.
