Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown sheet glass, reverse gilded and painted. Flat, oval sheet of glass with beveled rim; decorated on the back side with a black silhouette portrait of a woman, facing sinister (A), dexter (B); the dress finely detailed; in an oval recess in a rectangular reversed (A), veneered (B) and inlaid frame with oval back board (held in place with a bent brass strip).Provenance
