Physical DescriptionAquamarine glass; mold-blown; plain lip, pontil mark. Obverse: designs on oval panels; American Eagle, head turned to left; wings partly raised and left foreshortened; shield on breast, with nine vertical bars. Thunderbolt (three arrows) in left talons, olive branch in right. Tail of eagle extends down into oval frame. Eagle stands on oval frame with inner band of sixteen tiny pearls. Ten tiny stars in semi-circle above eagle's head. Reverse: inverted cornucopia, coiled to left and filled with produce; cornucopia has twelve rims; similar to GII-11 but different produce. Inscription: "W.C" in oval frame beneath eagle. Edges: horizontally beaded with vertical medial rib.
