Physical DescriptionAmethyst glass; pressed in two parts. Ovoid bowl; flat scalloped rim; stippled; sides with pattern of shield-medallions and scroll motifs, alternating with baskets of flowers; oval in bottom center with quatrefoil surrounded by linked S-scrolls; eight-lobed hollow standard, with leaf pattern, pressed separately, applied to bowl with wafer.Provenance
