Physical DescriptionTea Caddy or Canister. Non-lead glass; colorless with faint green tint in thick base; body molded for octagonal form (chamfered-cornered rectangle) with rough pontil mark on base and with rounded sloping shoulder, wide short cylindrical neck with threads ground for screw-cap cover; shallow crudely-engraved decoration; on wide sides, conventionalized flower, leaf and scroll ornament and, on ends, another and simpler wavy line on corners; disc top screw cap.
