Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown and engraved. Deep circular bucket bowl with series of vertical striations on ribs, inclining to the right at the lip, upper half of bowl engraved by continuous design of flowers, foliage and "bat's wings", lower half engraved with small circles, swags, and diamond-shaped "bat's wings"; short spool rests on spiral-ribbed inverted baluster stem, which flares out at bottom; low domed and flattened circular foot engraved on underside with garland and ring of four branches and four blossoms; "STEUBEN" name and crest stamped near edge of foot.
