Physical DescriptionTranslucent deep blue glass with bubbles and some surface dulling, trails of opaque white and opaque yellow; core-formed, trail decorated and tooled. Trefoil mouth tapers into rather long cylindrical neck before spreading out to broad flat shoulder and down into an ovoid form; at shoulder a white trail is applied and wound around the body eight times alternating with a yellow trail wound nine times, all are marvered in, six trails below the shoulder have been dragged alternately up and down thirty-eight times; a trail of deep blue glass was applied to the shoulder and pulled in a delicate arch up and over to the back of the mouth; additional blue glass was trailed on and tooled to form a flattened pad base.Provenance
