Physical DescriptionBottle and Stopper. Transparent dark blue lead glass; blown, cut; engraved silver. (a) Mallet shape, with tall, swelling neck with cut long hexagonal facets, with the remnants of gilt flowers and foliage; rounded shoulder above tapering, straight sides, with cut raised diamond facets with raised, bisected centers and bisected lens centers; flat base with cut raised diamond facets with raised, bisected centers and bisected lens centers; flat base with cut eight-pointed star; cylindrical silver collar at the neck, with lappet border, and engraved foliate sprays in panels. (b) Faceted, pointed ovoid form, with tapered shank.
