Physical DescriptionBeaker. Transparent light bluish green; very many bubbles. Blown in dip mold. Beaker shaped like truncated cone. Rim plain and rounded; wall almost straight and tapering, curving in at bottom; base plain, with kick; pontil mark circular, perhaps annular (D. 1.4 cm). Decoration in low relief begins 1.8 cm below lip and continues down wall and under base. It consists of two overlapping registers, each consisting of five lozenges. Upper register has large lozenges; lower register has smaller lozenges. In both cases, each lozenge contains one concentric lozenge. Each space between lozenges in upper register contains one curved V-shaped motif.Provenance
