Bulbous shape with ten vertical panels around sides; inscription "Coca-Cola/TRADEMARK REGISTERED" on one shoulder; "ATLANTA, GA." near base, "COMMEMORATIVE/50TH/ROOT PATENT/1915-1965" on base; (b) Red fitted box, with brass lock, white satin (and velvet lining, inscription on lid "1915 - 50th - 1965/ANNIVERSARY COMMEMORATIVE BOTTLE/The Original/ROOT GLASS COMPANY/ALEXANDER SAMUELSON PATENT/ASSOCIATED COCA-COLA BOTTLING CO.
