Interpretive Notes
The cameo decoration is done by acid etching, not by hand carving. This is a faster and cheaper method.
Physical DescriptionPink/white glass; blown and acid-etched. Blown in a square shape of white glass cased with opaque pink; acid etched through the pink in a pattern of flowers and heraldic figures; ruffled rim; white metal stand; basket-shaped, marked on base "Quadruple plate".
