Physical DescriptionGreen, transparent glass; blown, applied (spout formed by dropping blob of molten glass onto parison and drawing it out while inflating). Globular, with spout and handle. Rim everted and flattened to form narrow flange, with rounded edge; neck cylindrical, wider at bottom than at top; wall curves in to short, hollow stem; foot in form of disk with rounded edge, made by folding, with concave underside and corresponding dome inside stem; pontil mark (perhaps colorless). On lower neck, two continuous horizontal trails, each applied in wavelike pattern. Handle with circular cross section applied to wall at mid-point and drawn out, up, and in, and attached to trails on neck. Opposite handle, spout with S-shaped profile attached to wall at mid-point; upper end cracked off.Provenance
