Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown, engraved. Large round funnel bowl with solid base, enclosing nine air beads arranged in a circle of eight around one; engraved view of a hillside vineyard, in an architectural frame, with six musicians standing on the ledges; inscribed "Le vin guerit la tristesse"; stem composed of a large ball knop enclosing an air bubble, over a large inverted baluster with basal swelling, enclosing an elongated air bubble; domed and folded foot; inscribed "119" in white paint on the underside; rough pontil mark.
