Physical DescriptionColorless, transparent pink glass, metallic silver-gray lustre; flameworked, enameled, lustred. Small thinly-blown goblet, deep trumpet-shaped bowl with flared slightly raised rim edge, bowl tapers to a point and joins to short hollow stem with central disk knop, stem flares into hollow conical foot; vessel has overall silver-colored lustre in varying shades-rim of bowl decorated with loose dark band fading into body then deepening in color at point, stem is lined with pink enamel or glass creating an overall appearance of pale pink or amethyst, silver lustre on foot becomes darker around slightly irregular rim edge; no pontil; through the enamel on foot in script: "Koepping"; small square paper label (soiled white) on foot, brown ink reads: "126 56/m/10".Provenance
