Physical DescriptionAlmost colorless glass, with light green fracture; blown, wheel-cut, ground, polished. Fragment, evidently from floor of shallow dish; (shallow facet and linear cut decoration on outside: ( as seen from interior) toward center, part of winged male with head shown in profile, looking slightly up toward left, torso shown frontally; head has shoulder length hair indicated by short, oval cuts; face has large eye and is beardless; right arm hangs down, slightly flexed, with rod-like object grasped in hand; right wing has feathers indicated by rows of short and longer cuts; above this figure, small part of indeterminate motif; to left of figure, toward edge of dish, small part of draped standing figure.
