Physical Description2 Fragments. (73.1.40-1) Colorless glass, with yellowish tinge; bubbly, blown, enameled, gilded. Unknown globular form; fragment preserves segment of wall with medallion outlined in thin red enamel line filled with lyre-like motif in blue-gray, white, red, and green enamel "relief"; some gilt in background; (73.1.40-2) colorless, with yellowish-green tinge; thick milky white iridescence; blown, enameled. Unknown globular form; fragment preserves part of wall with red enamel lines defining upper part of kufic register in opaque white enamel "relief" on exterior surface; interior surface has reddish-brown stain as background in this area.Provenance
