亮紫玻璃开光花鸟纹鼻烟壶
Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle with Cork Stopper. Transparent pale amethyst glass, cork, ivory, turquoise, rock crystal; blown, cameo-carved. (a) Transparent pale amethyst glass; straight walls curving up to plain neck flaring slightly to level rim, wide-oval base ring, design in low rounded relief, two medallions enclosing, on one face, a phoenix, on the other a flowering plant, with vines continuing overall, on sides a modified archivic antrual mask and false-ring handle. (b) New cork stopper, ivory spoon, turquoise disc, hemispherical cap of rock crystal with interior banding.
