Physical DescriptionOpaque white lead (?) glass; mold-blown; pewter. Pear-shaped body with eight vertical panels around sides; pewter neck rim and spout and hinged cap fastened with plaster to body; eight sunbursts in lower part of vertical panels around body, plain circular base; applied handle opposite pewter pouring spout. Underneath pewter spout is "MINGAY'S/PATENT/NOV 17 1857".Provenance
