Physical DescriptionPale green, transparent glass; mold-blown, ground and polished. Beaker: bell-shaped. Rim outsplayed, with lip and outer surface ground and polished, and continuous horizontal rib shortly above bottom; wall tapers, then curves in to rounded base. Wall and base decorated with facets which have been ground but not polished. On wall, four continuous horizontal rows of facets, from top to bottom: thirteen oval facets (H. 1.7 cm, W. 1.2 cm), twelve oval facets (H. 1.6 cm, W. 1.3 cm), eleven oval facets (H. 1.5 cm, W. 1.2-1.3 cm), seven circular facets (D. 1.4 cm). Between each pair of facets in top row, one or two faintly abraded horizontal or roughly horizontal lines; other rows have single abraded line between each pair of facets; continuous horizontal band of abrasion between bottom two rows of facets. On base, at center, one circular facet (D. 1.6 cm), with concentric band of abrasion between this and bottom row of facets. Glass is bubbly, with many spherical and very few ovoid bubbles, up to 0.2 cm across.Provenance
