Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle with Stopper Spoon. Translucent bright green glass in imitation of jadeite, orange and green stone, metal, ivory, silver, cork; blown, cold-worked. (a) Rounded, ovoid form, with short cylindrical neck, polished flat on top, with an opening for a stopper and spoon; rounded shoulders and sides, and bulbous faces; cold-worked oval foot rim. (b) Domed orange stone cap (carnelian) with a tiny bright green button of malachite on top; set in a silver cap, with ropework at the rim; tapered cork shank; long ivory spoon, with slender handle and pointed oval spatulate bowl.
