Physical DescriptionColorless over opaque white and cobalt blue non-lead glasses, reddish orange inclusions and multi-colored murini; blown with applications. Rectangular; flattened irregularly shaped vertical upright form with fire-polished rounded lip which merges with shoulderless sides tapering out to the rounded, footless base; vessel is of colorless with an applied raised irregular band of red, white, black and blue concentric ring murini encircling upper half of body; colorless is laid over translucent opalescent white with overall pattern of reddish- orange spots and silver leaf fragments; white is laid over interior lining of translucent cobalt; lower half of body has intermittent areas of surface indentations; base and pontil are ground flat. Engraved "John Nicolas de Wit Spirit Break 1983" at base.
