Physical Description(A) June Beetle. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Two-part body with small black head topped with small pair of "fanned" antennae, pair of small jaw pincers; front black bulbous section of body; back lobe of body black overlaid with reddish-brown glass with gold inclusions; three pairs of scaled legs. (B) Single-Horned Beetle. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Two-part body with small black head, with single long extending pointed horn, pair of small "fanned antennae", double pair of jaw pincers; black front section raised and tapered; back section black with gold inclusions; three pairs of scaled legs. (C) Large Stag Beetle. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Two-part body with large, squarish black flat head with pair of small "fanned" antennae, double pair of jaw pincers (lower pair elongated); extending horizontally from head a pair of curved brownish-red scaled horns; black front part of body; back half of body black with green metallic inclusions; three pairs of scaled legs. (D) Large Bee, Hornet or Wasp. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Two-part body with double lobed black head with small pair of antennae; front half of body black overlaid with spot of yellow from which extends a pair of narrow, raised, transparent amber wings; back section of body black with yellow band; three pairs of legs. (E) Small Bee, Hornet or Wasp. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Two-part body with double lobed black head with ball-tipped antennae; front half of body black overlaid with spot of yellow from which extends a pair of narrow, raised, transparent amber wings; multiple yellow and black striped back body lobe; three pairs of legs. (F) Dragonfly. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Transparent light green head with black antennae and yellow "snout"; body is transparent green in two lobes from which extend three pairs of black legs and two pairs of raised, long, narrow transparent wings feathered pale pink and tipped with yellow; four section, long, slender, raised tail with pair of black end tips. (G) Spider. Multi-colored non-lead glass; flameworked. Black, two-lobed body; front lobe has yellow and black extended antennae; back tapered body lobe has alternating black and amber stripes; four pairs of very long, thin, black articulated legs extend from front lobe, each "knee" section accented by a short section of pale yellow.Provenance
