Physical DescriptionBands of translucent blue, amethyst, purple, yellow-brown and green glass with bands of opaque white and colorless bands casing gold foil, slightly bubbly, heavily pitted surface, some chipping around edges; mosaic or gold band glass technique, polished and drilled. Barrel shaped bead retains spirally twisting bands of colorless glass casing gold foil, green yellow-brown between narrow bands of opaque white followed by a narrow band of opaque white between two wider bands of blue, this pattern is repeated roughly three times.
