Physical DescriptionOpaque white Plaster of Paris; cast. Flat, oval medallion, with raised portrait of a young woman, facing sinister, on one side; the woman with wrapped braids at the back of her head, wearing a tightly waisted dress with frilly collar; reverse side of the medallion flat; the medallion cemented to a rectangular sheet of pressed, textured cardboard, with woven string loop at the top; fitted loosely in a rectangular cardboard box with cover; bottom of the box covered with white paper; top of the box covered with textured grey paper, stamped "M" within a stylized goblet in gold on the lower right corner.
