Medallion inscribed "MARCELIN BERTHELOT" on bottom edge and "- 1827 - 1927 -" on top edge. (b) Square case covered in green patterned paper. Case lined with white fabric, inscribed "ETABLISSEMENTS LEUNE / PARIS" on lid in gold.
