Physical DescriptionColorless, cobalt lead glasses; fused in a mold, semi-polished. Solid roughly modeled stylized head with colorless spiral-shaped hat blending into head with irregular cobalt coloration; face has raised disc-shaped eyes, elongated nose, open wide mouth, raised notching over forehead and one side of face, sharp protrusions of hairlocks extend from back of head; short, narrow circular neck base ground and polished flat; overall mold marks, some polishing; inscribed in script at thickest area of hat spiral: "Jaromír Rybák (followed by three "z"s tipped with arrows)".
