Physical DescriptionTransparent pale green glass with seed and a few small bubbles; blown; handles applied and tooled. Rim outsplayed with irregular fire-polished lip; wall curves downward and inward; two opposed handles, each made by applying trail to top of rim and drawing it out, down and in, attaching it to wall and pulling end of trail out, up and over; after this, trails were tooled so that handles have flattened cross-section with flat thumb and finger-rests and bowed sides; applied pad base with edge tooled into solid footring; underside flat, with circular pontil mark.Provenance
