Physical DescriptionPlaque, "Archangel Uriel". Transparent blue, striated with colorless and transparent amber lead glasses; melted in a cire perdue mold of gypsum and flint. Thick rectangular panel with vertical format and semi-matte surface from mold; stylized head in high relief of a female (3/4 view) with flowing hair, neck emerges from lower left corner, head almost fills the composition format; edge of front surface has slightly raised rectangular border above beveled sides which end in undulating mold overflow; back side of panel is smooth; impressed in reverse in the mold: lower front left vertical edge in vertical configuration: "EDRIS"; lower right corner along base edge: "1968".
