Physical DescriptionOpaque white, amber, gold/ruby lead glass; blown and tooled into shape. Bulbous shape body, blown of opaque white glass cased on the exterior with gold ruby glass which has been partially reheated at the top so that it shades from deep red at the square neck to pale yellow at the bottom; applied amber handle going from corner opposite lip to shoulder of jug; leaf impression where handle is attached to body; ground and polished pontil mark on circular base.Provenance
